thank you. Does this mean that I can take courses via Learning HUB, and that final exam is like "preparation" for the certificate.
But for that final exam, I must pay access to Certification Hub? When I pay access to Certification HUB, will I have oportunities to take exams and receive valid Associate certificate? Please tell me if I am right?
So, summary, I far as I understand, with access to Learning HUB, I have courses where I can learn, and beside that, I have to have access to Certification HUB (that is additional cost) and with that I will be able to take C_THR82_1411?
Could you please just tell me one more thing, about the way how to request Provisioning account via Learning HUB? And support portal tickets? If you could send me some url about that?
How can users in United States take certification? Presently this message is displayed on clicking subscribe for certification hub- The certification is not available in selected country. Is there any other way to register?
If my S-ID is linked to the organization and organization is a SAP Service Partner, then can i purchase HUB030 and go ahead with SF courses and follwing i can get a Provisioning ID as my employer is a SAP Service Partner.
The Certification Hub is available anywhere, you do not need to select a specific country to sign up for the Certification Hub. Once you purchase the Certification Hub, you can register for a specific exam and you will be contacted to schedule a remote proctor session.
Hope this helps and good luck with your certification.
Hello, this updated table says that the Onboarding certification exam was released June 30th. Is that still accurate? Is it available now? I ask because I do not see it listed in the Certification Hub nor can I find it when I search the SAP Training & Certification Shop (training.sap.com).
I wanted to ask you whether you knew the latest update to the certification hub programme as according to the table below, RCM exam should be available on the 31st of July. Can you confirm whether this is still true?
Furthermore, Is there any way that I can do the Succession Management exam without having to do Performance & Goals as a Prerequisite? The reason why I ask this is because a year ago I passed the Succession Academy course in the legacy model but did not receive any certification with it.
The RCM exam is still in development and will be available in Q4 2015 or Q1 2016. The Succession Management exam is being transitioned from a specialist exam to an associate exam so you will not be required to take the Performance & Goals exam as a prerequisite. The notice regarding this exam will be published soon. Once that is available, I will post here.
The Delta exam for Employee Central (exam code: D_THR81_1505) will be available end of September 2015, as well as a new Associate exam (exam code: C_THR81_1505) for those who are new to the SuccessFactors ecosystem. If you have already taken and passed the Employee Central Associate exam for version 1502 (exam code: C_THR81_1502), then you will be eligible to take the Employee Central Delta exam for version 1505 (exam code: D_THR81_1505). Please confirm that you are registered in SAP Credential Manager so you will receive notifications when these exams are available. More details: Credential Manager
Regarding Performance and Goals - the exam for release 1411 (exam code: C_THR82_1411) is currently available in the Certification Hub: Certification Hub
A Delta exam will also be available for the THR82 exam. The schedule for this will be posted on SCN when this schedule is available.
The Delta exams are intended to test the most current knowledge of the delta changes to the software, so, no we do not encourage you to skip any of the Delta exams. (The Delta exams are 40-item exams, so less time is required to take this type of exam.)
Yes, the Delta exams do count as one of your 6 attempts within the yearly subscription to SAP Certification Hub.
Do I understand correctly, that SAP Certification Hub subscription allows to maintain actual maximum 3 SF certifications assuming ~2 Delta's in the year?
It's the real problem for many consultants with more than 3 certifications.
Each Associate exam will not necessarily have two Delta exams each year, as the Delta exams are written when there are significant changes to the software that requires consultants to be educated and certified on these changes. Each Associate exam is examined and reviewed to determine if a Delta exam is warranted, based on the software changes that may affect the exam. The Delta exams are based on enablement available in Learning Hub so you have an opportunity to learn about the Delta changes before taking the Delta exam. Also, you will have 6 months to complete a Delta exam from the time that the exam is made available.
In short, if we buy learning hub and apply for 2 certification like Associate and Delta,
and we dont use another 4 attempts in a year, then this 4 attempts will be gone as soon as learning hub expires, So either once we buy a learning hub we have to give 6 exams in a year although you want to give it or not otherwise the left 4 attempts will go aways with learning hub expiry date.
This is my understanding, Kindly correct me if i am wrong.
Yes, you are mostly correct. If you purchase a subscription to the Certification Hub and you only use 2 exam attempts then you will lose 4 exam attempts when the subscription expires if you don't use all of the 6 exam attempts in the year of the subscription. This applies to Certification Hub, not Learning Hub. Learning Hub provides the education for a solution and is separate from the Certification Hub subscription. Certification Hub provides the certification exams.
Can a customer who will like to skill up his staff to be able to customise and set up external learners site and external jam site be allowed to attend the VLT for SF Learning and Jam. Also how do such have access to the demo systems. Do you advice such customers to sign up for SF cloud partnership?
Hi Sunday - Customers can attend the VLT classes however customers should be able to manage their environments through administration. We are increasing self-service through each release so you should not need any additional training. Customers do not have access to demo systems but do get test environments. We do not advise Customers to sign up for Cloud Partnership.
As an individual without working with SAP Partner and without subscribing Learning Hub can I take SAP SuccessFactors certifications. If so after successful completion of certification am I eligible to work with SAP partners as SAP Certified Application Associate for SuccessFactors projects like implementations & Support.
Hi Lakshmi - Individual consultants can become certified with a Cloud Certification Subscription. However the certification is based on the Academy training which is available via the Learning Hub or instructor led course offering. You would need to be affiliated with an SAP Partner in order to get access to demo instances and provisioning.
I am not able to subscribe to certification hub as it says not available for this country. Can i proceed by selecting another country and making the payment in that currency?
Though the Onboarding certification exam (C_THR91_1505) is available in Certification hub, the topics for the exam , cut score and sample questione are not available as like other exams like C_THR81_1502 and C_THR88_1502).
I am also with a SAP Customer company and planning to appear as an individual post learning HUB training. It would be good if we connect.I am from India BLR and my contact Email id is chhabrarajeev@rediffmail.com.
If I appear for SF Employee central certification in Sept 15 then how soon would it be required to clear the delta exam which is due to be released in Sept 15.
We have several consultants who took the original ONB academy/mastery training courses in person or instructor led before SAP Learning Hub was created. At that time SuccessFactors did not have an ONB certification, but if they did, these individuals would have been qualified for the Professional level certification. They opted in to have their cert records transferred from SF to SAP but they do not see an ONB certification in the credential manager account. Can these folks be grandfathered?
I have one question regarding the way SF certificates can be carried out.
I understand that through Certification HUB we have the possibility to take online(remote) exams 6 times in a year - that's probably the most common way. But, is there a way to take exam C_THR82_1411 the same way as "standard" SAP HCM exams (in SAP Offices or through PearsonVue Testing center) - that would be one-time access to exam?

You need a Learning Hub subscription to take the exams. You need Provisioning access to be able to setup a customer instance and access the system using Flex Provisioning when SSO is enabled. For some modules, some configuration is still done in Provisioning.
Flex Provisioning enables you to log into a SuccessFactors system that has SSO enabled (i.e. it bypasses the SSO). It is now available via Provisioning only.
