"Good sales person can sell anything to anyone", "Being a sales person is an inborn talent" – sounds familiar? Well, it's no secret that excellent sales people become legends. Their techniques are studied in dedicated courses and their lives are documented in books and documentaries. Sealing a great deal is a sweet victory that always leaves a taste for more, but what about the other side? The one who made the purchase – how come we never hear glorious stories about the procurement people? Until that question is answered let's take a look at a recent enhancement in the Procurement Confirmation Wizard in SAP Business One. If your company had enabled separate net and gross price mode, this functionality is available in the procurement confirmation wizard as well:

The "Price Mode" column is added to the "Base Document Line Items" step allowing you to set the relevant price mode - Gross or Net to each line item. In addition, to increase clarity, the column "Gross Price After Discount" is renamed to "Gross Price After Discount in Base Document".

Available in SAP Business One 10.0 and SAP Business One 10.0, version for SAP HANA. This tip and all the other tips are available on the Tip of the week community page. You can also visit the Implementation Arena for useful implementation tips.
