Did you just come back from your well-deserved vacation or are you about to leave? In any case, you should definitely read what’s in our summer-release!
As always we have implemented countless innovations, but here are my personal highlights:
According to the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Integrated Talent Management 2016 Vendor Assessment our “user experience has been unified across all modules with the adoption of the SAP Fiori framework”, but we are not resting on our laurels.
As you know, we delivered a lot of great updates of our interfaces of multiple pages during the past releases. With the Q3 release we continue and deliver more than 100 user interface updates across our suite.

For our mobile apps we also enhanced the user experience. You now can find people easily with our new search capability, which anticipates your needs and delivers personalized results. With the new org chart you can access three layers of organizational structure in one screen.

And again, we’ve added new intelligent services events such as “onboarding step completed”, “offboarding step completed”, “creation of activity in continuous performance management” and some more.
In our Employee Central solution our innovations for global benefits include support for US open enrollment, adding attributes to improve premium calculations for insurances, and easier configuration of savings plans.
In our Talent Management solutions, we added some new enhancements to our continuous performance management, which we introduced in Q1 2016. Employees can now request immediate feedback from peers.
