The SAP S/4HANA Upgrade and Product Integration Roadmap has been updated with a new activity "Innovation Evaluation" in the Discover phase, describing how SAP can support an innovation and improvement journey.
Where applicable, the roadmap now also refers to the modules of the corresponding PE scenario "Enable Innovations with the latest SAP S/4HANA release" and shows a recommended service flow (SAP Premium Engagement services):
In the last release of the roadmap, we added information on the SAP Readiness Check for SAP S/4HANA upgrades, which documents the required preparation steps for the upgrade of SAP S/4HANA that need to be addressed either before starting the upgrade project, or as part of the upgrade project. To date, we can report that the SAP Readiness Check for SAP S/4HANA upgrades has been executed 1300 times.

The downloadable project plan templates have been updated, too, to reflect the latest roadmap enhancements.
