In Professional Services company, Auditors need a large collection of invoice printouts for the auditing. The Billing Clerk must generate and download these invoices which require extensive manual effort.
SAP Intelligent RPA Bot built with Cloud Studio 2.0 in this release provides the below capabilities in professional services process.
Ability to download the invoices based on the Sold-To-Party, Project ID, and Billing Date, and then send it to the recipients as zipped file of PDFs via e-mail. The bot downloads the PDF format of the invoices from the Manage Billing Document Fiori app and name it in specific format.

Process Information Collection Forms for Dispute Cases (5JL)
SAP Intelligent RPA Content: Process Info Collection Forms for Dispute Cases can automate the exchange of information between the AR Accountant and the Customer for newly created dispute cases. SAP Intelligent RPA would auto-generate email correspondence to the customer and then upload the customer feedback to the S/4HANA system
SAP Intelligent RPA primarily process two steps for dispute cases.
“Send Email Inquiry to Customers”. This workflow checks the dispute with new status new and triggers the mail to the case contact with an information collection form attachment.
“Collect Email Response”. This workflow monitors mailbox, collects customer response recorded in the inquiry form, updates the case and attaches inquiry form document to the case in S/4HANA.
Business users will need the business role “Accounts Receivable Accountant” to execute this RPA bot.

SAP Intelligent RPA organizes the source files from emails or specific folders, upload them with the Fiori Application ‘Manage Incoming Payment Files’ and checks the import status, and finally sends the execution report to the specified Email accounts or saves to folder
