Two major EC2 instance types of AWS have been certified for productive B1H with a joint effort of SAP and Amazon, as c3.8xlarge with a memory of 60 G RAM and r3.8xlarge with a memory of 244 G. In addition, another two types of EC2 instance have also been certified for non-productive use as r3.2xlarge and r3.4xlarge. A certified matrix of AWS for B1H as below:
