As per SAP’s
continuous delivery strategy for SAP S/4HANA Cloud we provide frequent updates in between releases.
This allows to significantly reduce the effort associated with release upgrades while innovations can be adopted faster and more flexibly in between releases.
SAP takes quality and stability of SAP S/4HANA Cloud very seriously and continuously invests in solutions for customer feedback as well as pro-active improvements.
As part of those efforts we decided to deliver the next continuous delivery 2208.1 for SAP S/4HANA Cloud in calendar week 41.
In addition to new features, SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2208.1 will also bundle such non-functional improvements in areas such as stability, reliability, and performance.
Originally the update to SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2208.1 was planned for mid of September 2022. To ensure that you can benefit from the best quality and all the planned improvements, this update is rescheduled to mid of October 2022 (calendar week 41).
