Este post tiene el objetivo de ayudarle con los pasos iniciales para la implementación de la solución de medios magnéticos en su compañía.
Para implementar la solución en su sistema, debe seguir los siguientes pasos:
1. Obtenga la licencia de Advanced Compliance Reporting (ACR) y actívela en su sistema.
La licencia de ACR le permite acceso a los aplicativos de ACR en SAP Fiori Launchpad para que pueda habilitar los reportes de medios magnéticos. Obtenga más detalles aquí.
2. Mire las SAP Notes 2556378 y 2591684.
En estas Notas de SAP usted encuentra todas las versiones de SAP S/4HANA en que la solución está disponible, así usted puede elegir la mejor opción para su compañia.
3. Verifique los datos maestros de su compañía.
Para activar los reportes de medios magnéticos con éxito es importante que los datos maestros de su compañía estén de acuerdo con las recomendaciones descritas en Master Data for Magnetic Media.
4. Configure su sistema.
Debe asegurar que ha aplicado todas las configuraciones descritas en la documentación del producto en help.sap.com/viewer/s4h_op_colombia.
5. Integre los reportes de medios magnéticos con un sistema de nómina.
Usted puede integrar los reportes de medios magnéticos con su sistema de nómina para que las informaciones de empleados sean reportadas en los formatos 1001 y 1009. Obtenga más detalles en Integration with Payroll Systems.
Por último, pero no menos importante:
6. Lea la documentación disponible en SAP Help Portal.
Leer la documentación de la solución es siempre bueno para entender las características que usted puede aprovechar para sus escenarios específicos. Además, leer la documentación puede anticipar posibles dudas que usted tenga al operar con la solución.

To implement the solution on your system, make sure you go through the following steps:

3. Verify your company’s master data.
To successfully implement Magnetic Media compliance reports, it is important that your company’s master data is set in line with the recommendations described in Master Data for Magnetic Media.
4. Configure your system.
Make sure you have made all the settings described in the product documentation, which you find in help.sap.com/viewer/s4h_op_colombia.
5. Integrate Magnetic Media compliance reports to a payroll system.
You can integrate Magnetic Media compliance reports to your payroll system so that payroll data is extracted for the 1001 and 1009 report formats. Learn more in Integration with Payroll Systems.
And last, but not least:
6. Read the documentation available in the SAP Help Portal.
