NF3-e Technical Note 2024.001: New Fields Added to Electronic Nota Fiscal for Electrical Energy

Hi everyone,

The SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, outbound invoicing option for Brazil team has released updates on the mapping for XML files in the Electronic Nota Fiscal for Electrical Energy (NF3-e).

This release complies with the SEFAZ NF3-e Technical Note 2024.001. The new update on NF3-e allows you to create electronic notas fiscais for electrical energy (model 66) with the following fields using EDOC_BR_ISU_EE_MAP_FILL_AUTH BAdI.

  • ICMS60 group: The vICMSDeson (Exempt ICMS) and cBenef (Tax Benefit Code for RBC) fields were added to the XML file layout, and both are optional.

  • ICMS90 group: The vICMSDeson (Exempt ICMS) and cBenef (Tax Benefit Code for RBC) fields were also added to the XML file layout, and both are optional too. The pFCP (Tax Rate for FCP Deferral) and vFCP (FCP Value) fields were added for the Fundo de Combate à Pobreza (FCP), and both are optional in the XML file layout.

The XML schema and mapping have been updated in our service, and it is not necessary to implement SAP Notes for this change in your backend system. For more details on this update, read SAP Note 3460797.
