- Refresh of task Initial System Access for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Starter System to references to other tasks and addition of new accelerator SAP Note 3298955 – Demo Data for Starter System.
- Added task, Configure Initial Analytics Settings, to deliverable, Analytics Planning and Design.
- Several tasks in workstream, Technical Architecture and Infrastructure, were consolidated to provide a simplified experience relating to accessing the SAP S/4HANA cloud tenants. Ten tasks were removed. Key information from the tasks were added to the official SAP Help Guide: Initial System Access to SAP S/4HANA Cloud in Your 3-System Landscape
- Removed the following tags for simplification: Professional Services (no differences from standard roadmap), SAP Central Business Configuration (only 3 entity differences from the standard roadmap).
- Removed references to the SAP ONE Support Launchpad in several tasks and replaced them with SAP for Me. Updated related accelerator titles and descriptions. SAP for Me is your digital companion to easily interact with SAP and get immediate guidance to the best solution for you.
- Refresh of task, Prepare for Fit-to-Standard Workshops, to be applicable to several solutions but still allow for solution specific accelerators.
- Enhanced the How to Approach Remote Fit-to-Standard Workshops accelerator in task, Self-Enable on the Fit-to-Standard Process. The template was updated along with general usability improvements.
- Updated the name of the accelerator API Hub to Business Accelerator Hub. This accelerator is used in serval tasks such as Create Initial Integration and API List.
- Updated references to the Backlog template in task, Handover of Requirements for Extensions to Developer.
- New accelerator Landscape Modelling Recommendations for Selected Business Technology Platform (BTP) Apps added to the task Setup SAP BTP Global Account.

The SAP Activate Methodology content for RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition has been enhanced with improvements to help guide the customer through the implementation journey.

The key highlights are:
- Revised a number of references from the SAP Best Practices Explorer to SAP Signavio Process Navigator. This affects tasks, accelerator names, and accelerator contents. Ongoing updates are planned for the upcoming release sprint.

- Updated the URL of accelerator RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition Onboarding to point to the latest course. The accelerator is available in task Complete SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition Onboarding Learning Courses.
- Significant enhancement to the Workstream Operations and Support in the Run Phase. Review the release notes for additional details.
- Update to the Analytics workstream: added two new tasks task Self-Enable on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Embedded Analytics and Self-Enable on My Fiori Apps Reference Library for Embedded Analytics in the Prepare phase.
- Updated the title of task Review the RISE with SAP offering to Review the RISE with SAP Entitlement and move the task from the Strategic Planning deliverable to the RISE with SAP Adoption Framework and Entitlement Review.
- Update task Define the Implementation Strategy. The high-level implementation strategy task helps stakeholders and team members understand the overall vision, goals, and objectives of the implementation project to include a new accelerator SAP Activate Methodology High Level Planning - Implementation Strategy Consideration.

SAP Activate for SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain
We are excited to introduce the SAP Activate for SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Chain, a roadmap specifically developed to guide our customers through the implementation process of SAP IBP. Our aim is to help customers optimize their supply chain integrated business planning procedures by providing them with a clear and streamlined path.
With the launch of SAP Activate for SAP IBP, we now offer customers a comprehensive and efficient guide to ensure a fast and successful implementation of SAP IBP. This roadmap consists of a step-by-step approach, including SAP Best Practices for SAP IBP and accelerators, enabling customers to fully utilize the potential of SAP IBP in the shortest time possible.
By following the six phases outlined in the SAP Activate roadmap, customers can effectively align their supply chain planning processes with their strategic objectives. This will result in improved collaboration across all business functions, data-driven decision-making, enhanced operational efficiency, and ultimately, increased customer satisfaction.

Relaunch of SAP Activate for New Cloud Implementations
We are pleased to inform you about the relaunch of the SAP Activate for New Cloud Implementations. This implementation roadmap is designed for SAP cloud solutions that do not have dedicated implementation roadmaps. Its purpose is to provide comprehensive guidance to the implementation team throughout the cloud deployment process.
In addition to English, this roadmap descriptions are available in Chinese and Japanese (note that accelerators are not translated).

SAP S/4HANA Test Automation Tool 2308 Release
All customers have now received the latest version of the Post Upgrade Test (PUT) 2.0 experience. This release has prioritized enabling our customers and partners to utilize the PUT process effectively, allowing them to establish a regression strategy for their software lifecycle changes.
Notable improvements have been implemented in the follow areas:
- Manage Upgrade Tests (MUT) application – redesigned application with the ability to create multiple execution variants
- Usage of Test Data Container (TDC) for PUT – a new consent has been added to auto populate TDC’s
- Checks and validation for authorized users in PUT – once click check to validate users
- Deletion of Test Plans created during a particular date range
