New Release of SAP Activate Methodology for SAP S/4HANA upgrades

we are happy to announce the new release of the upgrade roadmap for SAP S/4HANA (on premise), the SAP Activate Methodology for SAP S/4HANA upgrades.

In this new release of the roadmap for SAP S/4HANA upgrades, we focussed on the topic of enablement / learning which has been restructured. It is now harmonized across all the roadmaps in SAP Activate.

In addition, we added some thoughts about introducing Artificial Intelligence with the next upgrade and introduced the PE service offerings AI Strategy service and Architecture Point of View: Artificial Intelligence.

Are you already in the middle of your upgrade project and use the roadmap tasks in SAP Cloud ALM? Here is how you can check the updates we delivered with the new roadmap release:

On the Overview page in SAP Cloud ALM for Project and Task Management, you find the tile "SAP Content Update Summary".

This card displays the number of new, updated, and obsolete tasks that are part of the last roadmap update in context with your project. By reviewing this summary, you can quickly identify the changes and take the necessary actions in your project. Simply click on the bubbles to review the task list. Whenever an update is made to the roadmap tasks, project leads also receive a recommendation with 'Warning' prompt, to assign a team member as 'Responsible' for the new tasks.
