We are happy to announce the new release of the SAP Activate Methodology for SAP Analytics Cloud, the implementation roadmap which is intended to guide the implementation team step by step through the Transition to SAP Analytics Cloud.
Accelerators are linked to the relevant deliverables and tasks making them easy to consume when they are needed. The roadmap also provides a list of available SAP Service offerings for SAP Enterprise Support customers, SAP MaxAttention/SAP Active Attention customers, and customers with an SAP Value Assurance engagement, and learning material to support the transition to SAP Analytics Cloud.
We have published the new release in SAP Roadmap Viewer as well as in SAP Cloud ALM with the following major updates:
- We introduced the topic Augmented Analytics and the SAP Community page Augmented Analytics (Smart Features).
- The new Architecture Point of View service “Artificial Intelligence” is explained in the Strategic Planning deliverable -> Discover the Value of SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as the new AI Strategy service.
- The Organizational Change Management deliverables and tasks are largely updated and aligned with all SAP Activate roadmaps (for more information, refer to the blog Introducing the Organizational Change Management Cross Topic in the SAP Activate Methodology . You find the new OCM items in the Solution Adoption workstream.
As always, accelerators have been updated throughout the road map to link you to newest information on SAP Analytics Cloud. The project plans and roadmap ppt are available in the download area.
