At Form Template Maintenance you have defined a country-dependent new custom Contract form template "NEWNEWNEW" for country = US and language = English.
The standard logic to retrieve the country for the form template selection works as follows:
Step 1: Take the country of the Sales Unit of the Contract.
Step 2: If there is no Sales Unit, then take the country of the Sales Org of the Contract.
Step 3: If there is no Sales Org, then take the country of the Seller party of the Contract.
However, Contract 58397 has neither a Sales Unit, nor a Sales Org, nor a Seller party assigned. As a consequence the country is undefined and the expected form template is not determined, because it requires that the country is US.
Solution Alternatives:
Make sure that the Contract contains a Sales Unit, a Sales Org, or a Seller with country US.
At Form Template Maintenance upload your custom form template "NewNewNew" only with a language, but do not define a country (should remain empty).
Please note that the standard Contract form "Contract Summary" at Form Template Maintenance is only defined for different languages, but there exist no country-dependent versions - hence the country is empty. The reason for this is that the standard Contract form does not contain any country dependent address data - so that no different formatting dependent on the country is required; but a translation without re-formatting is sufficient.
