first session (1,25 h) will introduce you to the various SAP support channels and resources available for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public/private edition solutions.
Goals:
- Gain overview of SAP Support and the various support channels available for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public/private edition solutions.
- Learn how to access additional support resources such as the SAP Customer Interaction Center (CIC), SAP Help, SAP Community, and SAP Enterprise Support learning and service assets.
- Understand the overall scope of SAP Support and features available on the support road

second session (1 h) will show you how to use SAP Community during the deployment of your SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition solution. The session will also cover how SAP Enterprise Support, included in your SAP Cloud subscription, can help you during your SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition implementation project.
Please note that the content of this session can also be applied to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition.
Goals:
- Understand what is included in your SAP Enterprise Support, cloud edition subscription and how to utilize the SAP Enterprise Support value map, the SAP Enterprise Support Academy learning assets, and the continuous quality checks services
- Utilize the SAP Community for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition for all how-to questions, tools, resources, knowledge, and engagement to contribute avoiding SAP incidents for how-to questions
- Learn how to impact customer and partner success in the SAP Community with your shared expertise
