In today’s fast-paced business environment, transformation is essential. As customers embark on their journey, they require tools that provide clarity on their current position, the status of key projects, and insights that guide their next steps and strategy. This is where the RISE with SAP dashboard proves invaluable, helping organizations keep their ERP systems agile, innovative, and optimized for continuous improvement, unlocking SAP’s full potential.

What is the RISE with SAP Methodology Dashboard?

The RISE with SAP Methodology Dashboard is designed to support businesses in their move towards a clean core approach. This approach focuses on building resilient business processes and extensions supported by seamless integration, efficient operations, and data quality. It emphasizes the adoption of standard processes and the creation of extensions for differentiation, resulting in streamlined operations and increased efficiency.

Clean core is essential to help ensure customers’ business-critical systems remain agile, cost-effective, and ready to adopt innovations that drive business forward. The RISE with SAP Methodology dashboard is designed to support customers on their transformation journey to a clean core landscape.

Key Features and Benefits

The dashboard delivers a comprehensive set of capabilities to monitor and track the status of your systems, offering valuable insights and recommendations and ensuring alignment with SAP's best practices.

Designed for lead architects, the first release of the dashboard focused on clean core dimensions and provides the following features:

  • Access a detailed overview of system adherence and optimization opportunities for production or non-production S/4HANA, directly aligned with SAP's clean core approach
  • Analyze detailed insights and data on the clean core status of your systems, hosted on the SAP Cloud ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). SAP Cloud ALM is a key component of our integrated toolchain, offering a robust cloud environment optimized for daily updates and frequent functionality deployments.
  • Manage system extensibility with the dashboard, to identify deviations from SAP's recommendations and prepare for future upgrades. It supports maintaining a streamlined system with minimal customizations. This ensures that your systems are ready for future upgrades and that any necessary changes are well planned and executed.

Hi @NataliaSoltau, looks very cool! We just wanted to give it a try and activated SCMON & SUSG in our development system, however, the status is not updating. We didn't find any info on how often the status/content in CALM is updated.

Hello Team,

I have made role collection for system view as defined in blog of CALM and assigned that role to user but couldn't find any data in the SystemView tile.

Needs any guidance to resolve this.

Thanks

Hello,

@wagener-mark data collection happens once per week via Early Watch Alert. Usually beginning of the week. New data is visible later 2-3 days later in the dashboard. So in your case, if you just switched on SUSG/SCMON mid of last week, this should be visible in the dashboard mid-end of this week.

@AhmarImam can you see the system view tile, but can't select any systems to show the dashboard for? Or can you select systems, but then don't see any data for the selected system in the dashboard? Please open a support incident for your question on component SV-CLM-RMD. In the incident you can also share details on the system you are referring to and we can check specifically for that system.

BR,
Markus

Hello colleagues,

Is there a slide deck or white paper available for customers?
