Hello

as within Plant Maintenance we got quite a lot of dependent master data normally the organization is facing challenges with keeping data in synch

the picture below is depicting a typical situation



 

within the Customer Connect Initiative we have developed a sophisticated and flexible solution which will allow you to automate / semi automate  this process to the needs of tan organization.



 

the solution is flexible using different tools set like workflow as well as BRF+ to allow the organization to define flexible rules like (just examples) :

• Maintenance plan deactivation for object type "safety valves" will always be processed via User Decisions

• Maintenance plans deactivation for object type "car" will be always deactivated automatically without user interaction

this solution will be also available in EHP8 SP09 and EHP7 SP15.
