Below are the Capabilities of Enhanced Features for Accelerated Customer Returns in CE2002

• Creation of Return Order with following options:
  1. Copying all items from ref document or some items from ref document
  2. Create a customer return by copying items from more than one reference document
  3. Create a customer return by copying items from a sales order and a billing document, and creating other items without reference to a preceding document


•  Create replacement order with alternative replacement material


•  Create replacement order with different supplying plant
