For the right teams to be able to review your ideas, your submission must be according to the product. Furthermore, so your country specific requirements reach the correct team at SAP, all country-specific requirements must be posted in the right category:
Use the categories “SAP delivered standard localization“ , "Localization as self service/Localization Extensibility" or "Localization Business AI"category to post and find requests related to localization. The Standard Localization is dedicated to country/region-specific topics. Some examples of country-specific topics:

After you post your requirements in the right channel, other companies can vote to show their interest. Voting helps SAP to understand how relevant a topic is. Hence, voting is a crucial part of the process. On the links above, you will also find information on the minimum number of votes required for a request to be reviewed.
