How to Find Sales Document Import Apps (e.g. Import Sales Contracts) Using Search Bar

You may be curious why some sales document import apps cannot be found using the search bar or in the APP Finder. E.g.,

• Import Sales Scheduling Agreements


• Import Sales Quotations


• Import Sales Orders Without Charge


• Import Sales Contracts

These apps don’t have tiles on the Fiori launchpad. You can access them for the first time only via app “Import Sales Documents”. For easier future access, we recommend that you save the Import apps as a tile after opening it for the first time.

Take “Import Sales Contracts” as an example.

When you open “Import Sales Documents”, several cards are displayed. Then you click card “Sales Contracts” to open app “Import Sales Contracts”.

On the top right of the page, click the share button and then select “Save as Tile”.

After that, a dialog will pop up. Select a page on which this tile will show.

Then you can find the tile on that page and also can find it using the search bar.

 

Note: Do not use the App Finder to search for these apps.
