Nos últimos dias, recebemos vários questionamentos sobre a entrega da Relação Anual de Informações Sociais - RAIS para o ano base 2018. No Diário Oficial da União de 15 de fevereiro de 2019, foi publicada a
Portaria 39, que determina que
o prazo legal de entrega da RAIS vai de 18 de fevereiro até 5 de abril de 2019.
Para saber mais detalhes, veja o
anúncio no aplicativo Announcement of Legal Change do SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Em termos de solução, houve mudanças somente no layout da RAIS retificadora. Isso significa que você pode usar a solução atual para enviar a declaração, e não precisa aguardar a liberação da SAP. Mas fique ligado: as alterações da RAIS retificadora serão liberadas na SAP Note

Hi everyone,
In the last few days, we have received a number of questions regarding the delivery of the Social Information Annual List - RAIS for base year 2018. In the Official Journal for the Union from February 15, 2019,
Ordinance 39 was published (content in Portuguese), which determines that
the legal delivery period of RAIS is from February 18 to April 5, 2019.

This means that you can use the current solution to send the declaration and don’t have to wait for the SAP release. But stay tuned: changes to the correction RAIS file will be released in SAP Note
