Olá pessoal,
No dia 6 de julho de 2021, o governo federal publicou a versão revisada da Nota Técnica S-1.0 21/2021, originalmente publicada em março desse ano, que descreve as alterações necessárias para a implantação da versão 2.5 do leiaute do eSocial, considerando seu período de convivência com a versão S-1.0.
Portanto, nesse blog post abordarei o seguinte:
- Eventos impactados, mudanças e respectivos campos.
- Previsão de entrega da solução.
- Entrega fora do escopo.
Eventos impactados:
A tabela abaixo descreve os eventos impactados, de acordo com as informações disponíveis na nota técnica, nas tabelas 03, 09, 11, 12 e 19:

Nota:
A nova opção "H", adicionada ao campo ideADC/tpAcConv, será avaliada assim que governo federal publicar o cronograma do FGTS Digital.
Previsão de entrega da solução
Essa solução tem sua entrega prevista para 31 de agosto de 2021, conforme abaixo:
- Release 6.08: HR SP 98 disponibilidade planejada para a semana 35/2021.
- Release 6.04: HR SP H0 disponibilidade planejada para a semana 35/2021.
- Release 6.00: HR SP K4 disponibilidade planejada para a semana 35/2021.
Nota:
As atualizações referentes aos eventos previamente liberados serão entregues na data mencionada acima.
Entrega fora do escopo
Foram modificadas algumas regras do eSocial referentes ao novo evento S-8299 - baixa judicial do vínculo, a serem utilizadas pelo Ministério do Trabalho. Portanto, esse evento não será transmitido pelas empresas e está fora do escopo dos empregadores.

Hi everyone,
On June 6, 2021, the federal government published a reviewed version of the Technical Note S-1.0 21/2021, originally published in March, this year, which describes the required changes to implement the 2.5 version of eSocial layout, considering its coexisting period with S-1.0 version.
Therefore, this blog will cover the following:

Note:
The new option "H", added to the field ideADC/tpAcConv, will be validated as soon the federal government publish the Digital FGTS schedule.
Solution delivery plan
This solution has its delivery planned for August 31, 2021, as follows:
- Release 6.08: HR SP 98 availability planned for CW 35/2021.
- Release 6.04: HR SP H0 availability planned for CW 35/2021.
- Release 6.00: HR SP K4 availability planned for CW 35/2021.
Note:
The updates related to events previously released will be delivered at the same date, as mentioned above.
Delivery out of scope
Some eSocial rules were modified, these rules are related to the new event S-8299 - judicial employment termination, used by the Labor Ministry. Therefore, this event won't be submitted by the companies and is out scope of the employers.
