Olá pessoal,
Conforme planejamento publicado no nosso plano de entrega, se encerrou ao final de Maio a terceira fase de entregas do Layout S-1.0 da Simplificação do eSocial. Esta fase tem como prioridade a entrega das mudanças referentes aos eventos não-periódicos. Estão cobertos os seguintes eventos:
- S-2190: Registro Preliminar de Trabalhador
- S-2200: Cadastramento Inicial do Vínculo e Admissão/Ingresso de Trabalhador
- S-2205: Alteração de Dados Cadastrais do Trabalhador
- S-2206: Alteração de Contrato de Trabalho/Relação Estatutária
- S-2230: Afastamento Temporário
- S-2298: Reintegração/Outros Provimentos
- S-2300: Trabalhador Sem Vínculo de Emprego/Estatutário - Início
- S-2306: Trabalhador Sem Vínculo de Emprego/Estatutário - Alteração Contratual
- S-3000: Exclusão de Eventos
Esses eventos são cobertos pela solução standard, ou seja, as SAP Notes entregues incluem mudanças de dicionário de dados, transformation, extração e conversão. Além disso, elas também contém atualização ou inclusão de BadIs necessárias para informações não presentes no standard.
Configuração da versão de Layout por Empresa:
Junto a esses eventos, foi entregue uma nova funcionalidade que permite a configuração da versão do Layout do eSocial por empresa em ambientes não produtivos, viabilizando testes das duas versões durante o período de convivência, removendo a necessidade de migrar todo o sistema para iniciar os testes da versão S-1.0.
SAP Notes entregues:
Na SAP Note de overview do eSocial você pode encontrar a lista de todas SAP Notes entregues em 2021 até a Fase 2. Como padrão, incluímos as novidades na nota de Overview apenas no fechamento de cada novo Support Package, mas durante o desenvolvimento do eSocial S-1.0 estamos atualizando periodicamente para que vocês possam consultar estas informações antecipadamente.
Alteração no cronograma de entregas:
Conforme publicado anteriormente neste Blogpost, havíamos separado as entregas do Layout S-1.0 em 5 fases conforme abaixo:

| Fase 2: Eventos de tabela | 28 de fevereiro, 2021 |
| Fase 3: Eventos não periódicos | 31 de maio, 2021 |
| Fase 4: Eventos de terminação e dependências* | 30 de junho, 2021 |
| Fase 5: Eventos periódicos | 31 de agosto, 2021 |
* Eventos de terminação e dependências: (S-2299, S-2399 e S-1210)
Após a conclusão da fase 3, avaliamos mais a fundo os eventos periódicos e de terminação e as dependências entre eles. Os eventos de terminação utilizam a mesma arquitetura e dependem do evento S-1200, e o desenvolvimento do S-1200 poderia acarretar em retrabalhos e alterações nos eventos de terminação. Sendo assim, unimos os eventos de terminaçãp da fase 4 e de pagamento da fase 5 em uma única fase:

Esta mudança permitirá uma entrega antecipada do evento S-1200 e não gera alteração na data final do cronograma de desenvolvimento.
Qualquer alteração pode ser acompanhada no plano de entrega.
Nas próximas semanas teremos atualizações no documento de entregáveis incluindo as mudanças desenvolvidas na fase 3.
Adiamento do go-live do eSocial:
Conforme publicação do dia 14 de Maio, a implantação da versão S-1.0 foi suspensa temporariamente. Consequentemente, também foi adiando o início do envio de eventos SST, conforme publicação do governo.
Até o momento não houve mudança nas datas de fim do período de convivência, e as novas datas de go-live estão aguardando definições do governo.
As mudanças publicadas até o momento não afetam o nosso cronograma, pois a janela de migração dos clientes SAP para a S-1.0 se inicia em Setembro.

According to the planning published in our delivery plan, the third phase of deliveries of the Layout S-1.0 of eSocial Simplification ended at the end of May. The priority of this phase is the delivery of changes related to non-periodic events. The following events are covered:
- S-2190: Preliminary Worker Registration.
- S-2200: Initial Registration of the Link and Onboarding/Worker's Ingress.
- S-2205: Worker Master Data Change.
- S-2206: Change of Work Agreement/Statutory Relationship.
- S-2230: Temporary Time Off.
- S-2298: Reinstatement/Other Provisions.
- S-2300: Worker Without Employment/Statutory Link -- Beginning.
- S-2306: Worker Without Employment/Statutory Relationship - Contract Change.
- S-3000: Exclusion of Events.
These events are covered by the standard solution, i.e. delivered SAP Notes include dictionary changes of data, transformation, extraction and conversion. In addition, it also contains maintenance or inclusion of BAdIs that are required for information not present in the standard.
Configuring Layout version per Company:
Along with these events, a new functionality was delivered that allows the configuration of the eSocial layout version per company in non-productive environments, enabling tests of both versions during the coexistence period, removing the need to migrate the entire system to start the tests of the S-1.0 version.
Delivered SAP Notes:
In the eSocial overview SAP Note you can find the list of all SAP Notes delivered in 2021 until Phase 2. By default, we include updates in the Overview note only in the closing of each new support package, but during the development of eSocial S-1.0 we are updating periodically so that you can see this information in advance.
Changes in delivery schedule:
As previously published in this Blogpost, we had separated the deliveries of the S-1.0 Layout into 5 phases as below:

| Phase 4: Termination events and dependencies* | June 30, 2021 |
| Phase 5: Periodic events | August 31, 2021 |
* Termination events and dependencies: (S-2299, S-2399 e S-1210)
After the completion of phase 3, we have further evaluated the periodic and termination events and the dependencies between them. Termination events use the same architecture and rely on the S-1200 event, and the development of the S-1200 could lead to rework and changes in termination events. Therefore, we combine the phase 4 termination and phase 5 payment events into a single phase as follows:

| Fase 3: Non-periodic events | May 31, 2021 |
| Fase 4: Periodic and termination events | August 31, 2021 |
This change will allow for early delivery of event S-1200 and will not change the end date of the development schedule.
Any changes can be tracked in the delivery plan.
In the coming weeks, we will have updates to the deliverables document, including the changes developed in phase 3.
eSocial go-live postponement:
As published on 14 May, the deployment of the S-1.0 version was temporarily suspended. Consequently, it was also postponing the start of sending SST events, as published by the government.
So far there has been no change in the end dates of the coexistence period, and the new go-live dates are awaiting government definitions.
The changes we have published so far do not affect our timeline, as the SAP customers migration window to S-1.0 starts in September.
