Olá pessoal,
Conforme comentamos no último blog post, após um período de desenvolvimento, o programa Monitor de Erros (RPU_PAYBR_EFD_ERROR_MONITOR) foi liberado e já pode ser utilizado. Portanto, nesse blog post você encontra um passo a passo de como chegar ao monitor através do Menu SAP e filtrar eventos com erros e avisos.
Pré-requisitos:
Você tem seu sistema devidamente configurado para gerar eventos e submeter para aprovação do governo brasileiro.
- Você instalou as seguintes SAP Note:
- 2967345 – Prerequisite objects for SAP Note 2975460
- 2975460 – eSocial – Error Monitor
- Você instalou o Suport Package mínimo, conforme descrito no blog post HCM Brasil: pré-requisitos de Support Package para implementação de SAP Notes.
Procedimento:
- Vá para a tela SAP Easy Access.
- No menu, escolha a opção Pessoal > Cálculo das folhas de pagamento > Américas > Brasil > Sistema de Informação > eSocial > Ferramentas > Monitor de Erros.
- Na seção Seleção, preencha as informações de acordo com os critérios necessários para a sua busca.
- Escolha se deseja incluir na busca eventos apenas com avisos, somente com erros de origem no sistema SAP, somente erros com origem no governo, ou todas as opções.
- Na seção Opções de Saída, escolha como o sistema retornará a informação filtrada.
- Execute o programa.
Uma vez que você tenha preenchido todas as informações necessárias, o sistema retorna os eventos conforme os filtros que você aplicou na seção Seleção, e exibe seu resultado de busca de acordo com a opção selecionada em Opções de Saída. Portanto, caso você opte por exibição em ALV, você visualiza na própria tela do programa os eventos com erros/avisos. Se você optar por exportar a busca, você apenas escolhe onde salvar o arquivo no seu computador, e então poderá visualizar os eventos com erro/aviso diretamente nesse arquivo.

Hi everyone,
As we mentioned on the last blog post, after a development period, the program Error Monitor (RPU_PAYBR_EFD_ERROR_MONITOR) has been released and can be used. Therefore, in this blog post you find a step by step of how to get to the monitor via the SAP Menu and filter for events with errors and warnings.
Prerequisites:
- You have set your system to generate events and submit for approval.
- You have installed the following SAP Notes:
- 2967345 - Prerequisite objects for SAP Note 2975460
- 2975460 - eSocial - Error Monitor
- You have installed the minimum support package, as described in the blog post HCM Brazil: prerequisites of Support Package for implementing SAP Notes.
Procedure:
- Go to the SAP Easy Access screen.
- In the menu, choose the option Human Resources > Payroll > Americas > Brazil > Information System > eSocial > Tools > Error Monitor.
- In the Selection section, fill in the information according to the criteria required for your search.
- Choose whether to include only events with warnings, with their origin in the SAP system, errors originating from the government, or all options.
- In the Output Options section, choose how the system will return the filtered information.
- Execute the program.
Once you have filled in all required information, the system returns the events based on the filters you have applied in the Selection section, and displays your search result according to the option selected under Output Options. Therefore, if you choose Display ALV, you see the events with errors/warnings on the program screen itself. If you choose to export the lookup, you just choose where to save the file to your computer, and then you can view the error/warning events directly in that file.
