Usage Decision without Results Recording - S/4HANA Quality Management

Hello everyone,

This is a pretty straightforward document explaining the steps required to do Usage decision without Results Recording in Quality Management.

 

First we need to setup Material master in which no QM control key will be used.



We will be using Inspection type 01. Check 'Post to insp stock' and inspection percentage as 10



When we create a PO stock type is Quality inspection



Stock type is Quality Inspection while doing GR of PO



Stock posted in Quality inspection



Check Inspection lot



Sample size taken with respect to the percentage maintained in material master. Also inspection lot has Release status.



There's no inspection plan for the inspection lot, so no RR



Now lets do UD without RR



UD completed, also indicated in the system status



After UD stock is now in unrestricted use
