Introduction:

SAP has harnessed its formidable capabilities to create the robust Fiori tile, "Delivery Performance." This tool enables you to closely monitor the current status of sales order deliveries, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention. In this blog post, I will elucidate the fundamental attributes of SAP's Fiori tiles and delve into the underlying CDS views, which can be leveraged to craft additional bespoke Fiori tiles tailored to your unique needs.

Please note that the insights presented here are derived from the S/4 HANA 2021 SP2 on-premises solution.

Fiori Tile: Delivery Performance (Application ID: F2783) offers two pivotal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Delivered as Requested: This KPI involves the system's scrutiny of the customer's requested delivery date, comparing it with the actual goods issue date. If a delay is detected, it will be distinctly highlighted.

Note:

    • Requested Delivery Date: The earliest requested delivery date, especially in partial deliveries.

    • Planned Goods Issue Date: The earliest planned goods issue date, particularly in partial deliveries.

  1. Delivered as Committed: This KPI entails an examination of the customer's committed date, contrasting it with the actual goods issue date. If a delay is observed, it will be prominently flagged. This aspect proves invaluable when the originally confirmed sales order quantity, determined during order entry, is compared to the planned confirmed date and the actual goods issue date, especially when the customer's requested delivery date cannot be met.

Let's explore SAP's Fiori Tiles for Delivery Performance and unlock the power of real-time delivery performance monitoring.

3. CDS Views Behind Fiori Tile "Delivery Performance"

SAP has built the CDS view CSDSLSORDDLVPRFQ, which can be used for any custom Fiori tile building.
