Introduction
Goods receipt of few line items from multiple line items purchase order or other reference document SAP provided very useful options which is saves user time and effort. In this blog I will explain these options available in MIGO transaction code and it will help to all types of SAP users.
Solution
in MIGO transaction code user can sort line items, Search required data, Delete unwanted line items and copy cell contents.
Sort Ascending
In Goods receipt screen item overview data, we can sort required column data Ascending by clicking on Sort ascending button. First select required column and click on sort ascending button.
Material description arranged alphabetically in ascending order.
Sort in Descending order
Beside the sort ascending button, we can see Sort in Descending order button in item overview data, we can sort required column data in Descending order by clicking on Sort in descending order button. First select required column and click on sort descending order button.

Search Term for Search in Item Overview
Search field we can search required data in item overview for example we can search required material, material description, Batch etc.
Delete
In item overview which line not selected Item OK check box those line items user can delete. For example, during goods receipt user selected Item OK check box only for line item 10 remaining line items user can remove from goods receipt screen by clicking on Delete button this option helps to user to avoid unnecessary confusion.
Contents
Contents button automatically copies data to below fields. For example, select Item OK check box for line item 10 and click on Contents button it automatically selects Item OK check box remaining line items.
Conclusion
