Steps to Create Sales Orders from a File in S/4HANA using the Fiori App

1. Open the Fiori App

• Log in to your SAP Fiori Launchpad.
• Search for the app "Import Sales Orders" (App ID: F4829).
• Click to open it.

1. Download the Template

• Click on "Download Template" to get the required file format.
• The template contains necessary fields like Sold-to Party, Material, Quantity, Delivery Date, etc.

1. Fill in the Sales Order Data

• Open the downloaded Excel template.
• Enter sales order details, ensuring all mandatory fields are correctly filled.

1. Upload the File

• Go back to the Fiori app and click "Upload".
• Select your completed Excel file.

1. Validate & Process

• The system will validate the data and highlight any errors.
• Fix any errors and re-upload if necessary.
