This is a SAP Teched community session at Las Vegas Teched.  I'd love to see you here!

When we made the move from 4.6C to S/4, it was a huge jump.  So we were looking at all the things that could possibly help with the move.  LTMOM was a very nice option.

So I decided to submit a session about it.  This session is very short.  I'd like to bring some of the things that made it hard for me to use.  I hope others bring some information too.  There is nothing like an interactive session.  However, there will be slides.

Here are some of the issues we faced, and I'll talk about:

  1. Running the LTMC script more than once for any given project.

  2. Debugging.

  3. When to simply run LTMC instead of adding LTMOM

  4. Ease of mapping in LTMOM

  5. Anything you suggest while attending and anything you suggest here.  Keep in mind the limited time.

I'm not sure I can see the session on the SAPTECHed site right now.  I'm sure it is there somewhere.

I'll be there with some real world examples, problems, and fails.  Hope to see you there!  Remember add anything you would like to the comments.  Need it now?  I'm going to try to answer here as well.

Here's the blurb:

"Gain tips on how to manage challenges in using the transaction LTMOM to move to SAP S/4HANA. Please bring your own issues, or be ready to listen to others' challenges. This is not a training on how to use the product but a discussion on overcoming obstacles."
