This Blog is a continuation of the Blog SAP Maintenance Resource Scheduling Part -1 ( With apps and Step By Step guide).

In the upcoming para will be dealing section wise functionalities in Maintenance Resource Schedule through Fiori launchpad Apps. Such as assign person responsible to order operations, Work with the maintenance scheduling board and Work with maintenance schedule for assets along with Work Centre Utilization by priority.

C.  Assign Person Responsible to Order Operations:

C.1. Assign Person Responsible

To assign a person responsible, follow these steps:

1. Choose the Assign Maintenance Order Operations tile.
2. In the filter bar, in the Assignment Status field, enter Unassigned.
3. Choose Go.
4. Select the order operations to which you want to assign a person responsible by marking the checkbox.
5. Choose Assign.
6. Enter the name of the person that you want to assign and select a name from the list that appears, or you can choose the Filter button and select people based on the performing work center.
7. Choose Save.

C.2. Unassign Person Responsible

To take back the assignment of a person responsible, follow these steps:

1. Select the relevant operations by marking the checkbox.
2. Choose Unassign.
3. Choose Save.

D. Work with the Maintenance Scheduling Board:

1. Choose Maintenance Scheduling Board (F2603) tile.
2. Enter the required filter values and choose Go.
3. Expand the table entries to see order operations and suboperations included in an order.
4. A Gantt chart will open with the list of orders, using various functionalities you can make basic changes as well.

In this way one can schedule maintenance order by managing is available capacities up to their maximum capacity (utility with profit making). Next picturesque will elaborate more on graphical representations. Here by order priority and Work Centre. One can go with other filters as well.
