Scenario: How to copy the result recording from one inspection point to another?

Solution: Ensure that the appropriate and necessary parameters are included in the inspection plan. If these parameters are correctly maintained, we can copy the results using the 'Copy Inspection Results' function.

Steps
:

(Prerequisite)
1. SPRO > QM > Quality Inspection > Results Recording > Make Settings for Results Copy and Operation Completion –

Parameters are assigned based on the Inspection Type and Plant. Please enter the inspection type we would like to use to copy results.

b) Under Results Copy field, enter as below:

i. Control in Insp Lot: Determines whether the data is transferred automatically or manually during inspection lot processing. Status of inspection lot will become RREC after successful data transfer.

Automatic

Manual

Copy Inspection Results function is executed automatically at the end of sample calculation.

Copy Inspection Results function is executed manually when changing the inspection lot.

ii. Control in RR: Determines whether the data is transferred automatically or manually during inspection result recording.

Automatic

Manual

During the recording of inspection results, a pop-up will appear asking to enter the inspection lot number from which to copy the results. After entering the number, we can select the available inspection points. The results will then be automatically copied, eliminating the need to click the "Copy Inspection Result" button.

During the recording of inspection results, we need to manually click the "Copy Inspection Result" button to copy the results.

iii. Data Origin in TL: Results Data Origin in Task List for Which Copy Performed.
* Since we are going to use copy inspection lot (for inspection points), we select previous inspection  point. This setting is also need to be maintained in inspection plan (as shown under QP01/QP02 part below).

Since we are going to use copy inspection lot (for inspection points), we select previous inspection point.                                             intan1997_2-1724730351726.png

In our case, we select Custom Selection of Inspection Lot to allow custom selection of an inspection lots.                                            intan1997_3-1724730351730.png

vi. Mapping procedure: Determines the procedure used to assign the results to the target characteristics.
In this scenario, if the MIC matches in both inspection lots/points, then the  results can be transferred.
