In SAP how you can create your own Document Favorite in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA?

Introduction

This blog is intended to all the SAP Business Users who always keep a list of all the Transaction Data or Master Data in an excel. Now you can maintain all these data inside SAP specific to your SAP User. This will help you immensely in your Day to Day Life.

 

Solution

This will be only possible where we have the Generic Object Service button as shown below. Most of the Standard Transaction Code has the GOS Activated.

In this example we will store one particular Purchase Order as document History.

Login to SAP and go to Transaction Code ME23N

Click on Generic Object Service-->My Object-->Add to My Objects

Now you can go in any transaction Code and Goto

System-->My Objects-->Edit Objects

 

Now we select the Respect Document and Double Click

 

Wala we have the PO already showing.

 

Conclusion

This will be useful for both SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA
