How we can Mass Change Priorities of Workitem for SAP Workflow the Smart Way in SWIA Tcode?

Introduction

Everyone who is running SAP will probably use SAP Workflow and most of the time it is used for Approval. It is a General Practice to use the Workflow Priority to Distinguish the Urgency of Execution. A general Request a Workflow Administrator gets is to Change the Priorities so that the User can work on them.

Solution

Here are the Different Workflow Priorities.

Now we go to SWIA and Execute. Filter it based on your Requirement

Suppose we have to change the Priority of Multiple Workitems.

Select All the items you want to change Priorities and TYPE RPRI.

Now we change the Priority to 2

Now Refresh.

Wala Priorities changed

Conclusion

You can use this in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA
