How to find archive document in MB51

In this blog, I will explain how we can see archive document details In MB51. Please go through the blog and give your valuable feedback to improve it.

In Inventory Management, we use MB51 Reports frequently where we can see material movement with material documents at IM level. It shows the details document for every movement of Material.

Sometimes, we need to analyze the report with archive documents which we can see in MB51. I will explain step by step procedure to get archive documents.

Execute Transaction Code MB51

In Data Source section, Tick reread short document in Archive 

Input the required fields as per requirement. I have given movement type here with Plant Number  and Material Number

It will fetch archive documents.

This is very useful functionality which can be used by functional consultant when one needs to get archived material documents.
