In this blog, you will learn about a solution that has been developed for the SME SEEDx Development Challenge 2019. We attended the Digital transformation workshop for SAP business one 3 months ago on Machine learning, IoT, Mobility, cloud and Big Data. We were interested in developing a solution for SEEDx development challenge based on what we learnt. On exploring solution to one of our customer we came up with the idea of Smart Reply solution.

The objective of every business is to provide quality services to their customers. Hence, it must make use of too many resources in order to deliver services on time. Major challenges faced by service oriented companies are, there may be an unexpected delay in offering services; employee gets demotivated when they perform mundane tasks; company incurs high service handling costs and loss of customers due to improper communication.
Our solution SMART REPLY plays a vital role in addressing all the above mentioned challenges faced by any kind of business. SMART REPLY is a chat bot that has been built based on artificial intelligence. With the help of this chat bot, companies can automate all their repetitive tasks performed by an employee. This enables them to save enormous amount of time and money, turning them more efficient. In addition, they can also make their customers happy by providing their required data instantly anywhere and anytime.

SMART REPLY automates the task of providing Invoice Details, Statement of Account, Aging Reports, Warranty details, Service Records etc.

It identifies the user using Service Layer before providing the confidential information to them.
Instant email service:
The necessary details are gathered from SAP HANA database and based on that, reports are generated using SAP crystal reports. Later, the generated reports are sent to respective email address instantly.

It can be easily integrated with websites and other platforms such as Slack, Facebook etc.
Customer Feedback Analysis:
It performs analysis over customer feedback which helps to enhance customer experience in future.

It does accurate detection of messages using Natural Language Understanding.
