ABAP Test Configuration: New Fiori app available with S/4HANA 2021

With SAP S/4HANA 2021; SAP has released new Fiori app ABAP Test Cockpit Configurator that can be used to maintain ATC Settings using Fiori app. Configurations defined with this app overrule the configurations defined with ATC transaction. For activating this Fiori app ; activate the OData and SICF Service listed here

Using this app; you can

• Set default configuration


• Assign default Check Variant


• Can Change the Priorities for ATC Checks


• Can set the priority levels that block or interrupt Transport releases

Initial landing page of the app is shown below

Click on Create Button to create the Configuration settings; you need to enter the Check Variant name and you can define the behavior for Transport Release like if TR should be blocked for any priority or not.

After filling the details click on Create; then the created Configurations will show up in the initial screen. Now select the configuration and click on Set as Active and this will act as default Configuration.

This is same as setting up Basic Settings in the ATC transaction.

Whatever you configure in the app; it will be reflected under Basis Settings in ATC transaction.
