销售模块维护客户信用字段时，一旦启用信用管理，那么就相当于启用了双重控制，一个是对金额的控制，一个是对交期的控制。
只要大于这两者设定的值，那么客户的信用就会被冻结，无法交货或者下订单
可否值设置信用额度，即金额的控制；不对交期做限定呢？
