​The statement "SAP made it easy for me to handle my issue" should refer specifically to the support service provided in the current case that's being closed. Your evaluation should solely reflect the support given by the Support Engineer during this case, considering all obligations and limitations in service delivery.

​It's important to account for any limitations in SAP's support scope and the Partner's obligations, as outlined in the SAP Business One Maintenance Policy and Support Scope, and detailed in SAP Note 1162670. Cases categorized as consulting inquiries fall outside this scope and should not impact your rating of the support service you received.

​Please note that Support Engineers must adhere to established rules to avoid compliance issues and cannot provide support beyond SAP's defined scope.

​SAP Support Management reviews all negatively rated (Strongly Disagree, Disagree) cases, and even neutrally rated ones (Neither Agree Nor Disagree) can provide valuable insights for service improvement.
