Cross Topics	Recent search items in the search field of application screens The search input field in application screens will display recent search items for the specific area in the current browser session, and clicking on these items will open the respective searched item. Swap feature available in Output Channel Selection User can now change the order of rules in the sequence you want them to be applied with less number of clicks using Swap button.  Enhanced information message with KBA Number in Approval process Approval process screen will display improved message with the KBA Number. This KBA will help user to easily follow the best practices outlined in creating new approval process. Reduced number of clicks to trigger Customer Feedback survey Once user mark case is complete, Customer feedback survey form can be launched in two clicks files so that user has better user experience. Customer Relationship  Management	PSM enablement of  action SUBMIT_FOR_APPROVAL in Customer Contract Customer can now access and build custom PDI solution using the action SUBMIT_FOR_APPROVAL for approval of  Customer Contract , as the action is now PSM released. write release of Account field in Service Request Customer can now create custom solution for Service Request based on Account fields Party_Key and Party_ID.. read release of REC_PROP_MOVE_DIRECTION_CODE field in Customer Invoice Customer can now create custom PDI solution for Customer Invoice by accessing the field REC_PROP_MOVE_DIRECTION_CODE ,since it is PSM read released. Outlook Add-in version upgrade for SAP Business ByDesign 25.02 The SAP Business ByDesign Outlook Add-in has been upgraded with the latest security patches and fixes. Modified Error message text for PDM_ROOT Msg ID 36 to add KBAi nformation Modification of short and long descriptions for the existing error message (PDM_ROOT Msg ID 36) having  KBA details and URL path will enable user to guide and navigate to KBA details more easily. New Data extraction object FLEX_PRICE_LIST_1 & FLEX_DISCOUNT_LIST01 More filter options has been provided in the new Data extraction objects of Sales Price Lists and Discount Lists which enables user to extract data with more specific status and date validity range. Supply Chain Management	New filter parameters in extraction of Materials Planning area and sales organization have been added as new filter parameters for extraction of materials in data extraction tool. Localization	France Account Determination of Fixed Asset Sale Gain/ Loss Customers now can select either REVGAN - Revenues or gains and Costs or expenses GL accounts for Book Value at Retirement (Gain). Germany New XSLT Transformation templates for German e-invoicing XSLT templates available that supports the German xRechnung format and translate the received einvoice (UBL and CII format) into a format that is understandable for SAP Business ByDesign (Blog). Isreal Updates to BKMVDATA file The system now correctly carries forward opening balance records for accounts receivable and accounts payable in the Bookkeeping Account - B110 section of the BKMVDATA File. Even if there are no transactional postings in the current year. BKMVDATA file B110 now records debit and credit values with absolute value along with proper classification of debit as 1 and credit as 2 and opening balance with proper debit + or credit - sign.
