Then I scroll down and observe many "Insight Business Cards." One of them is "Sales Order Blocked." It is also displaying an itemized list of sales orders. As a sales representative, I am accountable for the seamless execution of the sales cycle. I opt to examine a single sales order from the list to understand the underlying details.

I seek a summary of recent customer activities and an analysis of significant financial transactions and contracts in preparation for the meeting. I use Customer 360 to obtain this information, providing me with a comprehensive overview for the customer.

I intend to verify specific customer facts through the "Customer 360 View." I leverage "Smart Filtering" to identify specific customers from an extensive list. All consumer details are now before me. I can examine every minute detail of it. I utilize “AI—Smart Summarization” to extract all important facts about that customer. I want to communicate this information to the management for weekly meeting.

A customer contacts me regarding an inquiry concerning a sales order, providing the "customer reference" number. (It is ZXW-560 in this case.) I can utilize the launchpad search within an application to promptly locate the business object.

The system retrieves the precise order through efficient search and presents it for inspection.
For my upcoming task, I intend to seek assistance from the AI-powered chatbot named "Joule." I am mostly engaged in sales activities, but due to the sick leave of the return clerk , I have to take care of that part too. I receive a return from a customer but lack familiarity with the return creation procedure. I use Joule to ascertain the method for facilitating a return effortlessly.
