User queries are extremely powerful, providing you the exact data you need - exactly when you need it. No wonder then that many companies have dozens of user queries or more. When having so many queries, arranging them in an efficient way that allows you to find quickly the one you need is critical. In addition to the query categories you already know, SAP Business One introduces a new search option:
In the ‘Query Name’ field, start typing the full or partial name of the relevant query. The query manager narrows down the list of queries only to those with the name containing the value you typed, allowing you to find the required query quickly. To further increase usability, the ‘Query Manager’ window is now re-sizable.
