New SAP Activate road map version "24Q3 " – Transition to SAP S/4HANA (on premise)

We are happy to announce the new release of the SAP Activate Methodology for Transition to SAP S/4HANA, the implementation roadmap which is intended to guide the project team step by step through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA on premise.

What we have changed for you:

• Many new / updated accelerators linking you to great information sources you probably would miss otherwise. Want some examples?
  
  • SAP Signavio customers can import and use an interactive "Activate Accelerator" which is describing in detail how the SAP Signavio suite can support them in SAP S/4HANA implementations. 
  • Here is an updated cookbook on "Employee Business Partner Integration".
  • Don't miss the updated "Manifesto for senior IT leadership". Although targeting to private cloud, on premise customers can easily identify what is relevant for them.
  • We added information on "SAP Cloud ALM vs. SolMan". In case you go with SAP Cloud ALM, this Best Practice document provides information also for on premise implementations (compressed on 300 pages). 
  • What I like very much is the SAP BTP Guidance Framework. It bundles information for both architects and developers: Architecture guidance, methodologies and developer guides are right next to each other.
• The whole topic of enablement / learning has been restructured. It is now harmonized across the roadmaps in SAP Activate.
• We also enhanced the content for system conversion. You will find new activities / tasks like "Conversion Readiness Assessment" or "Decide on Conversion Strategy", and we will continue on this topic in future.

You can find the new release of the “Transition to SAP S/4HANA” roadmap in the “SAP Roadmap Viewer”. And as you already know, we will push the updated content into SAP Cloud ALM for you within the upcoming days.
