New printout for purchase order not working

In SSCUI:102272 Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes， you can define which fields trigger a new printout for purchase orders in case of changes. 

Select the checkbox in column P (Printout) to mark the field as relevant to a printout in case the purchase order is changed.

Define the change text that is to be used in the printout.

However, sometimes it doesn't working well, new output messages are not generated after changing a relevant field on a Purchase order.

To resolve this kind of issue, you need to check all the previously generated output status:If any of the output remains in “In Preparation” or “To be Output”, it does not proceed with new set of output generation(changes Output).As the previous output is not yet print, therefore no new output message will be generated.

To generate a changed output, all previous output should be in “Completed” or “Error” status. Under this scenario, new output message will be generated if any change to the related fields, and the Change Indicator will be marked for the output message which is related to field change.

• 由于先前的输出尚未打印，因此不会生成新的输出消息。

要生成变更后的输出，所有先前的输出状态应为 “已完成” 或 “错误”。
在此情况下，若相关字段发生任何变更，将生成新的输出消息，且与字段变更相关的输出消息将标记变更指示符。
