Murray Goulburn Co-Operative Co. Limited an agricultural cooperative formed in 1950 from 14 dairy farms, has grown to become the largest processor of milk in Australia and the nation’s largest exporter of processed food. Despite limited resources, the solution was implemented in 9 weeks, and provides greater control and tighter security of treasury data, and more productive staff, enabling the diversion of resources to value-adding activities.
