With release 2408 of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the documentation for Identity and Access Management related topics has been reorganized and reworked. See my blog post from January 21, 2025.
SAP has started a Customer Engagement Initiative (see prerequisites like FBA etc.) that focuses on collecting feedback about Identity and Access Management (IAM) resources for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. SAP aims to enhance the user experience and effectiveness of these resources.
