Artificial Intelligence (AI) is expected to have a significant impact on project management in the future. Hence various intelligent project assistant capabilities are already planned for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition as part our Project System roadmap.
In order to define intelligent functions providing the biggest value to our customers and meet the expectation of their end-users we have set-up the new Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) Intelligent assistant capabilities for Project Systems in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition. In this CEI we want to work closely together with interested customers to detail our AI roadmap for Project System, validate jointly the business value of use cases and discuss related usability aspects.
The goal of this initiative and related activities comprise
- Identification of existing pain points which can be addressed using AI/GenAI capabilities
- Validation of use cases, and concepts
- Identification of qualitative and quantitative business values for use cases
- Collection of usability feedback on early Proof of Concepts
