Starting with SAP Business ByDesign 2408, SAP introduces a new tile "Key Support News" on the ByDesign New Home / Launchpad screen in section "Service and Support".
With this tile we like to reiterate important recent SAP announcements, which require your action, in order for your company to be able to continue to use SAP Business ByDesign without interruption. For example, if one person in your company needs to make changes to custom-specific email configuration settings in order to allow for emails to be sent and/or received without interruption.
This is usually building upon a technical email, which recently has been sent to your IT contact, e.g. related to DKIM, and makes this important information accessible to all ByDesign users.
