As you are aware, probably from our first webinar https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muPrV5J7ffM (related blog), the temporary use rights in SAP S/4HANA called compatibility packs will expire at the end of 2025. And this is a real hard stop, because continued usage of these functionalities set your company into commercial non-compliance - a breach of contract with SAP.
Our second session on May 7 provides a detailed view on the "go-to" solutions: what is the solution strategy for the respective compatibility pack, and what needs to be done - licensing and technically - to get there.
Spoiler alert: in many cases, a simple release upgrade to 2023 will actually do - but not in all.
The Way Forward is documented in our equally named spreadsheet in Note 2269324 - Compatibility Scope Matrix but considering the different characters of CPs, the ways forward also look quite diverse.
