After you did the connection Test successfully with the runtime system and the SAP Cloud Print Manager you are getting an error (As shown in the screenshot).

The error is an access denied error from windows denying the write access of the xml config file.

 

To solve this ensure the service (Windows User) who started the SAP Cloud Print Service has Administrator Authorizations and not standard Windows authorization.

You can change-check this in the control panel>Users and check the Windows user authorization in question.
