Service Management - Notification Creation - Assign Standard Texts for Short Messages to Notification Types

This section allows you to define a standard text to come into your notification.  In general, this is not a common practice for service.  As you can see, it is common for quality. But If you have a need, it’s here. Let me show you how.

Here you see the list of notifications.  The 3 remaining fields:

• Object
• Text Name
• ID

Are the keys to the standard text.  If you aren’t familiar with standard text, go to transaction SO10. Save and you are done.
