SAP PP module standard tcode errors and remedial SAP Notes

Dear All,

I am compiling this blog for the purpose of summarizing common errors that I have come across with respect to standard SAP PP module tcodes and their remedial SAP Notes. Most of the inputs I have got only from this forum threads.

Tcode	Error message	SAP Note	Program	Details
CO02/CO03/ COOIS	Long text does not exist	706261	ZPSFC155	Production order operation long text not getting displayed despite tick mark shown against text column in operation overview.
CO02/CO03/ COOIS	Inconsistent data: Order order date duplicate entry O opn	133342	ZPSFC127	Production order cannot be opened because of existence of duplicate operations in its routing.
CO02/CO03/ COOIS	Production order status shows PCNF incorrectly	773606	ZPCON_129B	Production order header status shows status as PCNF but none of its operations are actually confirmed.
CO02/CO03/ COOIS	Opr_not_found	182011	ZRESBFIX	Run time error OPR_NOT_FOUND arises on opening a production order.
